Meet The Team
Rachel has over two decades of experience caring for animals and has been an animal lover her entire life. Growing up in a family of cats, her love for dogs began at 14 when she volunteered at a local animal shelter and adopted her first dog with her family. Nearly 14 years ago, she rescued her best four-legged friend, Duke, who has been by her side ever since. Rachel created Ruff Life with one simple goal: to provide pet parents with the same level of loving, dependable care she would want for her own pets.

Renee has been an animal lover from birth coming into a family with three cats. Growing up she cared for her own pets ranging from fish and turtles to hamsters, cats and their family dog. Alongside her sister she learned at a very young age the importance of providing proper care and love for fur babies. Today she has two of her own cats, Sebastian and Sarge.

Courtney has been an animal lover all her life, beginning as a young pet parent and spending her free time volunteering at local shelters. This passion naturally evolved into a career path as a veterinary technician. This expertise helps her care for other fur babies of all shapes and sizes. She is proud dog mom to her best friend Oscar, an 18-year-old miniature dachshund along with her five beloved cats.
Julie Haubert, Dog Sitter
Julie has 16 years of experience as a dog mom and is a huge animal lover. She treats every fur baby as if they were her own, greeting them with her infectious smile and warm energy. Her love for animals extends beyond dogs, as she also has a flock of chickens of her own! Julie has a naturally caring and nurturing personality and loves making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away.
